If you have ever worried about aging well, this 91 year old gymnast is living proof of the exercise training principle of Reversibility – “your body gets used to what you give it – in both directions!”

Your body has the potential to age well – it just needs the consistent practice at the just right level, so it remembers to  grow stronger and more mobile. 

More is not necessarily better. 

Consistency is what it takes!
